Professional Profile
With the purpose of guiding their practice as a specialist and responsible citizen in local, regional, national and/or global contexts, the Telehealth Specialist graduated from Iberoamericana will be able to:
- Generate solutions to health problems using information and communication technologies, under accessibility and inclusion approaches, in the areas of action of the Telehealth specialist.
- Lead or guide support, continuity, and follow-up processes in Telehealth programs or projects, within the services provided by public and private institutions.
- Undertake new developments and proposals in Telehealth from their discipline or as part of inter- and multidisciplinary teams, under accessibility and inclusion approaches, to contribute to the sustainable development of the health sector.

Applicant Profile
Understanding the multidisciplinary nature of Telehealth, as well as its relevance for professionals related to the health sector, the program will be aimed at:
- Healthcare professionals.
- Professionals from various disciplines with experience or interests in the field of information and communication technologies in the health sector, for the development of activities or the provision of remote services.
Occupational Profile
Leader, Coordinator, Advisor or Manager in Telehealth programs or projects, in their Telemedicine, Tele-education and other activities (Tele-orientation, Tele-support) components, according to the scope of their discipline, in:
- Health promoting entities.
- Health service provider institutions.
- Entities that manage additional health plans.
- Occupational risk administrators, as it pertains to health.
- Secretariats, institutes, departmental, district or municipal health directorates and administrative units.

- Designs have been oriented towards the formulation and development of Telehealth initiatives and projects (in any of their components) that provide the specialist with attributes in their graduate profile, consistent with the ability to undertake or participate in new developments in the field of Telehealth.
- The program is situated at a level of training within which no similar programs or programs under the same denomination are identified, thus providing a distinctive attribute to its graduates, but at the same time, being inserted in a context of potential continuous training for its graduates, transitioning to master's levels in related programs, national or international, within or outside the Planeta Formación y Universidades Network.
Program Objective
To train ethical specialists, with an entrepreneurial and innovative orientation in Telehealth, who promote the generation of solutions to health problems or needs through the use of information and communication technologies from the scope of their discipline or as part of inter and multidisciplinary teams, under accessibility and inclusion approaches.
